Recently Julie successfully re- launched a brand new project  for Opera on Tap with her partner, Eve Orenstein, called SEE/HEAR Illuminated Stories in Song that was first premiered in December of 2020. The project will illuminate four sets of art song with video art inspired by the music, including works by Nkeiru Okoye, Robert Owens, Ernesto Cordero and Richard Strauss (the Vier Letzte Lieder, which Julie will be singing).  Julie also continues to perform locally with her Opera on Tap chapter.

In 2019, Julie created a pairing at Upslope Brewing Company in Boulder with beer and the music of Gustav Mahler as a preview for the Boulder Mahler Festival and was scheduled to do the same for 2020, until the pandemic changed everyone's course.  She  also created a new production of Der Freischutz with Opera on Tap after singing Agathe in their  Almost all of.. Der Freischutz.  During the summer of 2019,  Julie traveled to Orem, Utah  to participate in the Utah Vocal Arts Dramatic Voices Program.  

Julie is also auditioning for 2020/2021 season and studying with Soprano, Andrea DelGiudice.


In July of 2017,  Julie served as the soprano soloist for the concerts and masses, and covered the title role in Suor Angelica for the Narnia International Vocal Arts Festival.  Julie was featured on prime time Italian TV network RAI Uno as the Soprano Soloist for a holy mass in the cathedral in Narni, Italy.


In July 2016, Julie traveled to Narni, Italy to perform the role of the Countess in Le Nozze di Figaro.  She was directed by the renowned Italian actress and director, Maria Rosaria Omaggio.
